The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is a world-renowned library and cultural hub, established through a collaboration between UNESCO and the Egyptian government. The Bibliotheca Alexandrina Conference Center, situated within the library premises, stands as a dynamic venue for international events, offering state-of-the-art facilities that reflect the library’s mission of fostering knowledge and cultural outreach.
Egypt Japan University of Science and Technology
The Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) is a cutting-edge research university established through a strategic partnership between the Egyptian and Japanese governments. Founded in May 2009 and welcoming its first students in 2010, E-JUST is located in New Borg El Arab City, Alexandria Governorate.

ACCESS
Alexandria is 47 km from Borg El Arab International Airport (Alexandria, Egypt).
The conference will arrange bus transportations as follows.
The Borg El Arab International Airport (HBE) to the Hilton Alexandria King's Ranch Resort. Buses will operate for passengers on flight number QR1315 on 18th - 21st, August 2025.
The Hilton Alexandria King's Ranch Resort to the Alexandria Bibliotheca on 20th, August 2025.
The Hilton Alexandria King's Ranch Resort to the Egypt Japan University of Science and Technology on 21st, August 2025.
The Hilton Alexandria King's Ranch Resort to a hotel for the closing ceremony in Cairo on 22nd, August 2025.
The ceremony place to the Cairo International Airport '(Estimated time of arrival is 17:00) on 22nd, August 2025.
This bus transpotation service is for registered participants/companions.

Hotel reservations must be made by each participant. Those who have completed registration will be provided with booking instructions to access the special conference rate.

The conference will provide an invitation letter (by request) for visa application purpose only for the following person:
1. Authors and co-authors (including accompanying family members) which papers are accepted to the conference.
2. Registered and completed registration fee payment for all authors, co-authors, and non-presenters.
3. For non-paper’s authors that wish to attend the conference, please provide details of purpose and name of company/institution.
Participants that wish to get invitation letter for Visa purpose, please send your request to icdes2025[at]jsde.or.jp by mentioning full Name, university or organization, current mailing address, passport number, expiration date, email address and paper's title. The steering committee reserves the right to decline the issuance of the invitation letter.
