SUBMISSION GUIDELINES 

We are pleased to inform you that the deadline for ICDES 2025 paper submissions has been extended to January 20, 2025. This extension provides additional time for authors to submit their papers for consideration. We have also revised the CFP.

Manuscript preparation

Please follow the template and format below to prepare your manuscript. Two types are acceptable, short (2-4 pages) and full (5-10) papers in single column format to print on A4. 

Full paper: Template in Microsoft WORD and PDF (Manuscript-format_2025_full_ver2)

Short paper: Template in Microsoft WORD and PDF (Manuscript-format_2025_short_ver2)

Peer review

Paper acceptance will be based on organizer moderated peer review of a review ready manuscript. Both full and short papers are subject to peer review.

Copyright

We will request to submit the copyright transfer agreement (CTA) that you will be asked to complete if your paper is accepted for full paper.

If the short paper is accepted, the authors will be asked whether or not they wish to assign authorship.The short paper will not be published in the proceedings if the author does not  transfer authorship. 

Best paper award

Excellent full papers will be awarded prizes. 

Presentation

Every presenter has 20 minutes for presentation including oral presentation and Q&A. We recommend that you prepare a 15 minute presentation.A presenting author is asked to bring his/her own PC for presentation to the venue.
