SECOND COLLECTION : The 2nd Collection this Sunday is for the beautiful flowers.
CATECHISM : Catechism classes finish at 11:30 am
CAKE SALE : 7th May 2023 there will be a cake sale. Speak to Lionete Spinola or Margaret Sigl. We thank all who donate and support the Cake sale.
MOTHER’S DAY CAKE &TEA : We invite all to celebrate our Mother’s on 14th MAY 2023 after the 9:00 Mass . Please bring a plate of eats to share
HOSPITALITY SERVICE (Ushers): We are requesting parishioners who would like to join this service to come forth and speak to Maria Moeng, Zukie Lekgothoane and Michelle Petzer. We need assistance with Ushers in the church.
CENSUS: The Parish will be doing a drive to update the Parishioner database. This will be done during May starting from Sunday 7th May, then 14th May and 21st May, just after the 7.30 and 9.00 Masses there will be someone at the door how will assist to check if your details are correct on our current database and update where needed. The aim is to complete the drive by the end of May 2023.
REPOSITORY/ROSARIES: Icons are available for purchase. Please ask Margaret or Lionete if you need anything new. New Pastoral Plan Booklet, available at R20-00 and Liturgical Calendars for 2023 at R30-00 each.
SHARING IS CARING: With winter approaching and the socio-economic circumstances in our country not improving, please consider donating any non-perishable food or toiletries, helping us, to be of help of those less fortunate. Thank you for your generosity. This week: Milk powder, soya mince, pasta, rice, coffee, stock cubes, tinned food. Contact Father Shibu or Margaret for help. Parishioners, the coffers are bear, please help.
FOR SAFETY REASONS ALL PARISHIONERS SHOULD BE ON TIME. The gates will be locked as soon as Mass starts and will only be opened once all parishioners have exited the church. We also started the ticket system where the drivers will be issued a ticket which is to be returned when you leave the premises. Please be vigilant. Please don’t leave valuable belongings in your vehicle. Keep the ticket safe.
CHILDREN ROOM:: Parents of infants and toddlers please make use of the Children’s room during mass.
