VALENTINE’S CELEBRATION: On Sunday the 12th February the Parish will celebrate this day of love with a dress-up, tea/coffee and cupcakes, bring and share braai, lots of fun and love to share, please diarise this date. Book a special dedication song to your true love at R5-00 a song or buy raffle ticket to win our ‘Love-a-lishious’ hamper at only R10-00 a ticket.

• Tea/Coffee snacks; 

After 09:00 am Mass, next Sunday, the 12th February, we will have our monthly social gathering. Being our Valentine’s Celebration, we ask for cup-cakes, decorated in red, white and pink, on this day. Please bring money along as we will also have some Valentine themed articles for sale.

• Flower Collection: This weekend we are having a collection for the in our church. Thank you to Maria Figueira for the arrangements she so diligently creates.

• CATECHIST COMMISSIONING: Commissioning of the catechists will be today, the 5th February 2023 at the 9am Mass. Thank you to all Catechists who have committed to this very important part of our Faith and Church.

• SHARING IS CARING: Thank you for your generosity in reaching out to the less fortunate members of our parish. We urge all parishioners to help by  bringing soya mince, dried beans, samp, soup powder, washing powder, soap and roll-on next week. Contact Father Shibu or Margaret for help.

• CANCER RELAY FOR LIFE Pretoria: The Fight CANCER relay is a fun filled overnight team experience to raise funds for education, care and support services, taking place on 18-19 March at Tou trek Park. Please speak to Yolande Newing or WhatsApp her on 083 537 3555 if you are interested. It is a very worthy cause. Cancer is treatable if detected in time. Please see the full poster at the entrance of the church. Let us be a TEAM.

• ANNUAL RETREAT: Please take note of the annual Retreat and diarise it. Starting Friday evening, the 24th March to Sunday, 26th March, so that, we as a family, all, can be part of this important spiritual renewal.

• READERS: A beautiful ministry that brings alive the WORD in our hearts.  If you would like to join the ministry, please contact Letitia Morrison after Mass or WhatsApp her (073 213 9090). The date for the Proclaimer workshop is the 11 th March, 4pm. The commissioning will be the 12th of March for those who attended. 

•  GROTTO & WALL OF REMEMBERANCE PROJECT 2022: The improvements to this area are almost complete and look amazing.  Please use an envelope, placed at the entrance of the Church, to make a contribution towards this project. We appreciate the continued contributions our parishioners make towards all special projects.

• REPOSITORY/ROSARIES: Icons are available for purchase. Please ask Margaret or Lionete if you need anything new. New Pastoral Plan Booklet, now available at R20-00 and Liturgical Calendars for 2023 are available at R30-00 each.

• PARISHIONERS SHOULD BE ON TIME.  The gates will be locked as soon as Mass starts and will only be opened once all parishioners have exited the church.  Please be vigilant.  THIS IS FOR YOUR SAFETY
