Priest:
My dear friends, God is our help and our salvation. Let us pray to him, knowing that he loved us before we were born, when we had no names..
Proclaimer;
We pray for our Holy Father, Pope Francis may he be an apostle to the nations and a living sign to us that your church is one and catholic. Lord, hear us.
R: : Lord, graciously hear us
We pray for all who work on the land, farmers, graziers, market gardeners: bless them in their work and give them courage when crops fail and cattle die. Lord, hear us..
R: : Lord, graciously hear us
We pray for the homeless and the exiles: may they receive comfort from Christ who had nowhere to lay his head. Lord, hear us.
R:: Lord, graciously hear us
We pray for our own needs: help us in all our trials and give us the grace to live always in Christ and his church. Lord, hear us.
R: : Lord, graciously hear us.
