❈   FOR SAFETY REASONS ALL PARISHIONERS SHOULD BE ON TIME.  The gates will be closed 5 minutes after Mass has started. They will remain closed. No hooting please. Let us respect our Lord and be on time.

❈ HOUSE BLESSING: Father Shibu is available to bless your homes. Please make an appointment, using WhatsApp messaging. It’s important that you be very clear about address, date and time.

❈ REPOSITORY:  We have a variety of Rosaries, Crosses and other Icons available for purchase. Please ask Margaret or Lionete if you need anything new.

❈ Birthday List  There have been numerous complaints that parishioners' names have not been on the bulletin birthday list. The current known list from July to the end of the year has been published on the church entrance notice board. If your name does not appear or the date is wrong on the list, please notify Angelique Mon. Thanks you to everyone who have registered on the Church Census 

❈ 60 YEAR CELEBRATION of our CHURCH: Welcome all guests and parishioners to our 60thAnniversary Today,

Sunday the 24th July 2022. The program starts with Mass at 09:00 AM.A short program will start at 11:00 am in the hall followed by lunch at 12:00. A dance performance, arranged by the Portuguese group, will take place prior to cutting of the cake. A cup of tea/coffee will be available. All are invited to join in some more fun outside arranged by other groups and enjoy the jumping castle.

Dress code: Smart/Traditional. Please bring own eating utensils, crockery, champagne glass, cold drinks and wine. Do not park on the area between the hall and presbytery.

❈ CATECHISM:  Attendance of our Parish Anniversary celebration marks the start of the 3rd Term. There will be a meeting with Lorne Newing and the junior learner’s parents next Sunday the 31/07/22 after 09:00am Mass.  Parents of senior learners will have a meeting on the 07/08/22.  Workshop for Confirmation preparation class on 31/07/22; The Nicene Creed, lessons missed during holidays, questions and answers session will be covered. All parishioners are welcome to attend.

❈ SHARING IS CARING: Should you need any help with food, please speak to Margaret or Father Shibu. Thank you for the donations you generously make every week. Please bring maize meal, pasta, rice, instant cereals next   Sunday.  All donations can be placed into the container provided.

❈ Planned giving: We would like to thank all our parishioners who give generous donations. Should you wish to join our Planned giving and require envelopes for the rest of the year please contact our Chairman, Manuel De Abreu. For those who would like to donate electronically (EFT) please see the banking details in the bulletin.

❈ Sanitising of Hands and wearing of Masks: Although Covid19 Regulations have been repealed; sanitizer will still be available for those who wish to use it. The wearing of masks are optional. Please show consideration and respect fellow parishioners’ choices.

❈ Personal Safety: Parents should please accompany children when they need to go out.

Children should not be allowed to loiter around outside during Mass.
