+ Parish Council meeting: there will be a PPC meeting on the 16th March at 18:30

+      Stations of the Cross: Every Friday in Lent, we will follow Jesus on the way to the cross. Let us become pilgrims and walk with our Lord. It is a wonderful time to reflect on our own spiritual strengths or shortfalls and how we have supported or denied Jesus in our daily lives. Time : 18h30

+ Readers required: Anyone who would like to join, see Letitia Morrison after church or WhatsApp her at 0732139090. There will be a Readers Workshop on the 26th March 2022, 16h00. Only persons attending the workshop will be commissioned.

+ Catechism: Please note that registrations for 2022 are closed, thank you for parent’s cooperation. All catechists and children should assemble in their classes straight after 09:00am Mass.  According to Catechism policy all Catechism Children should 100%   Mass attendance and at least 80% Catechism attendance in order to progress to the next level of catechism.

+            Bishops Lenten appeal: From Ash Wednesday to Easter we will have a second collection, the Lenten appeal. Please use the envelopes provided. The money is distributed for the support of the Total Mission of the Church in South Africa.

+            SHARING IS CARING: Should you need any help with food, please speak to Margaret or Father Shibu. Thank you for the donations you generously make every week. Please bring along some cooking oil, tea, coffee, sugar, flour and/or baking powder next week. All donations can be placed in the container provided.

+            Repository:  We have lovely new Rosaries available for purchase. Please make suggestions for additional items to stock and purchase from Lionete or Margaret.

+           Sanitizing prior to communion: Those who are receiving Holy Communion, please line up in advance to sanitise your hands

+            Very important: PLEASE SANATIZE AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE CHURCH. Even if you have been vaccinated, social distancing and sanitizing are still essential. Half the capacity of the church may be filled during lockdown level one; in our case it is 110 people.

+       Sanitizing of the Church: Thank you to young and old who are always willing to do this task after each Mass. 

+       For safety reasons all Parishioners should be on time. The gates will be locked 5 minutes after Mass has started so as to prevent theft.

+  Personal Safety: Parents should please accompany children when they need to go to toilet. This is necessary, for your children’s safety and to prevent kids from vandalizing the churches property. We have to maintain a acceptable standard of hygiene and respect at church like we do at our own homes. Thank you for your co-operation. 

+       Raffle: Today we are having the draw, after the 09:00 am. Mass. Thank you for your support. We also thank Louis and Annette De Abreu for the wonderful breakfast for two they sponsored, at Abreus, at Wonderboom Junction..
