Very important: Even if you have been vaccinated, social distancing and sanitising are still essential. The disease and the spread of it are in our hands. Only half the capacity of the church may be filled during lockdown level one; in our case it is 110 people.
+ God’s blessing on the New Year : Happy New Year: We pray that God will fill the coming Year with health of body, mind, soul and spirit; renew the gifts of the Spirit within us, and inspire us with new ways to serve and show God’s mercy to others
+ Saturday Evening Mass : There will be no Saturday evening Mass till Lent God’s blessing on the New Year
+ Christmas Greeting and Parish Budget: A Greeting from Fr Shibu, the Parish budget for 2022 and the Planned Giving Envelopes will be placed in a box for collection by all parishioners registered on the Planned-giving program. Parishioners who are not registered are welcome to take one of the un-addressed envelopes for the same messages.
+ Joy of the Gospel 2022: Get your copy for next year at only R100. This book is valuable for deepening your faith and following the readings through the year.
+ SHARING IS CARING: Should you need any help with food please speak to Father Shibu or Margaret so that we can help you. It is our duty to take care of the poor yet we want to thank you for the donations you generously do every week. Please bring along some Long life- or powdered milk, Instant Maize porridge, soya mince or soup powder next week. Thank you to those who helped to put a little extra into the December Food hampers. All donations can be placed in the container provided.
+ Second collection today for Flowers: There will be a second collection TODAY. The collection is for the Beautiful flower arrangements that beautify the House of our Lord.
