If your name is not published in the bulletin for the Birthday week, you are not registered as a parishioner. Please ask Manuel or Father for a form.
Very important: Even if you have been vaccinated, social distancing and sanitising are still essential. The disease and the spread of it are in our hands. Only half the capacity of the church may be filled during lockdown level one; in our case it is 110 people.
+ Christmas Carols: Please join us, we will be singing some carols from six o clock in the evening, on Sunday the 19 th December (Today) in the hall.
+ Confirmation: We welcome and congratulate the 8 young people who were confirmed last Sunday by Bishop Mpako. May the Fire of Life burn in your lives and keep you close to the Church. Thank you again to all who made the day so special.
+ Christmas Greeting and Parish Budget: A Greeting from Fr Shibu, the Parish budget for 2022 and the Planned Giving Envelopes will be placed in a box for collection by all parishioners registered on the Planned-giving program. Parishioners who are not registered are welcome to take one of the un-addressed envelopes for the same messages.
+ SHARING IS CARING: Should you need any help with food please speak to Father Shibu so that we can help you. It is our duty to take care of the poor yet we want to thank you for the donations you generously do every week. Please bring along some Tinned food, Maize Meal (1kg to 2Kg size) pasta or rice next week. Please consider putting a Christmas parcel together for a family in need. All donations can be placed in the container provided.
+ Second collection Advent appeal: There will be a second collection during the time of Advent. These funds are used for the sick priest’s fund and to assist new seminarians.
+ Liturgical calendar 2022: Get your copy from Margaret or Lionete for only R30.
+ Repository: We have lovely new rosaries available for purchase. Please make suggestions for additional items to stock and purchase from Lionete or Margaret.
