Professor Ellie Chapple is one of the leading accounting academics in Australia and holds the position of Professor of Accounting at QUT Business School, where she is the chief investigator in the research program Accounting For Social Change. Professor Ellie Chapple is Director of Research Training in the Faculty of Business & Law at QUT. She is a deputy editor-in-chief for Accounting & Finance, the co- editor of the Accounting Research Journal 2014-2021.

Douglas Cumming, J.D., Ph.D., CFA, is the DeSantis Distinguished Professor of Finance and Entrepreneurship at the College of Business, Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida.  Professor Douglas has published over 225 articles in leading refereed academic journals (including 42 in Financial Times top 50 journals) in finance, management, and law and economics, such as the Academy of Management Journal, Economic Journal, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Financial Economics, Review of Financial Studies, and Journal of International Business Studies. In November 2022, Douglas was listed by Clarivate as one of the top 92 most cited researchers in the world in the business and economics category.  Douglas' work has been cited over 26,000 times according to Google Scholar.

Dr. Long is a business consulting partner in Ernst & Young Viet Nam with more than 20 years of working in the field of corporate operational and finance transformation, strategic planning, and project finance. In 11 year working as business consultant in Ernst & Young, he has been managing and leading many projects to help both government and enterprises on the area of infrastructure project finance, capital market/policy, enterprise finance & operating model transformation, business strategy.

Dr. Long has strong leadership skills and sectoral knowledge of infrastructure (Energy, transport, ICT etc), manufacturing, agriculture and capital market to serve various clients from state-owned enterprises (SCIC, Viettel, VNPT, MobiFone, VICEM, etc.), private groups (Thanh Cong, Thai Binh Seed, etc.) to government authorities (MPIMinistry of Planning and Investment, MOF-Ministry of Finance, MOT-Ministry of Transport, MOIT- Ministry of Industry and Trade), and donors (WB, ADB, JICA, UK FCDO, AFD).
