Preparation

• You will receive a schedule with your time on it closer to the date.

• Practice your IO with classmates.

• Review the website to make sure your excerpt and outline are correct.

• Email your outline and excerpts to Ms. Stuck

Presentation day

• Attend classes according to your regular schedule

• Be at the exam location 10 minutes before your presentation slot. Sit quietly until your name is called. 

The presentation

• 10 minutes: remember to introduce the topic and your texts.

• 5 minutes: you answer follow-up questions

• Students will be handed a copy of the following: 

  1. 1. A clean copy (no annotations) of an extract from a literary work

     2. A clean copy of an extract from a non-literary body of work (BOW)

     3. An outline of no more that 10 bullet points on an IB form, including your global issue, literary work, non-literary body of work.

After presentation:
