Stoichiometry looks at how much stuff is involved and produced in chemical reactions, and the ratios in which they react.
It is not always the easiest and most fun part of Chemistry of students but is one of those things that is too important to let yourself not understand, as it is assumed knowledge in all the other topics, and so you can’t succeed in them without it.
If you find stoichiometry difficult, the main thing to do is to PRACTICE. I cannot stress this enough. Practice makes perfect, as the old adage goes. Without practicing the styles of questions that the IB uses, you will quickly run into difficulty. Start with multiple choice questions and once you have mastered them, move onto the short response questions of paper 2.
