Among them, 8 disclosed one or two BSL-4 for defense (military): Czechia, France, India, Russia, Switzerland, Taiwan, UK, US.
5 countries who don't have BSL-4 are planning or constructing one : Brazil, Ivory-Coast, Philippines, Saudi-Arabia, Singapore.
The BSL-4 densest region is Europe.
