樣品需求
Lectin array 和 Glycan array 都有一定的要求。以下是一些常見的範圍和要求：
Lectin array:
1. 蛋白質： 20-200 μg（可各種純化方法純化）；
2. 細菌細胞： 10^9 –10^10 CFU；
3. 細胞量： 10^6 –10^7 cells。
Glycan array:
1. 蛋白質： 50–500 μg/ml（具體濃度要求需根據蛋白質篩選結果和實驗需要而定）。
需要注意的是，不同範圍和標準規定可能會因實驗方法、樣品性質等因素而略有不同，可以根據具體要求進行調整。
