A college-prep curriculum for Cheyenne students
The International Baccalaureate (IB) Program provides students an advanced, comprehensive program of international study, offering an integrated approach to learning across the disciplines. The rigorous, broad and balanced curriculum emphasizes critical thinking. IB programs are offered at over 5,500 schools in 160 countries (as of October 2022) and serve over 1.95 million students.

Cheyenne East Students participate in the IB program in two different ways:
Take classes in all six Content Groups, plus core requirements
Select and test in three or more of East High's IB classes à la carte
Cheyenne East Students may also choose to take IB classes that they meet prerequisites for without participating in the Diploma or Scholar programs.
