Pathways in Science at Garden International School
All students start their IGCSE Science studying all three Sciences. Each Science - Biology, Chemistry and Physics will be taught by a specialist teacher.
All students will begin by studying Coordinated Science. Students and parents can make an informed choice for moving to single subject sciences during term 1.2
This course is 'double award', which means that you receive two IGCSEs on completion of the course.
If you study Co-ordinated Sciences, you cannot also study Biology, Chemistry or Physics.
Ideal for:
A student that requires all the background to successfully complete Diploma sciences.
A student that enjoys learning science through a mix of theoretical and practical studies

A student who is interested in a career related to science and/or health.
A student who has a general interest in human biology, the technological world in which they live, as well as science and scientific developments.
