Kate N. Warnock

Kate is a second-year Ph.D. student in LEAF lab. She received an Honors Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, as well as a Human Factors certificate and minors in Business and Philosophy, from the University of Utah in 2019. She is interested in studying ways that organizations can be more "human-friendly," in that they promote the health, happiness, and fulfillment of their employees. Specifically, she is interested in examining specific aspects about the work environment and individual characteristics of the employees that interact to impact the employee’s ability to flourish and thrive at work. With this background, she plans to pursue an applied career in I/O psychology and provide organizations concrete changes they can make to improve worker well-being within their company.
