Elissa Liguori

The field of IO Psychology interests me because it has very tangible, positive impacts on peoples' lives. On average 1/3 of individuals' lives are spent at work. It's really cool that we get to learn how to improve aspects of that large portion of their lives. Since it is my first year, my research interests are malleable, but I am interested in studying leadership and how leadership impacts employees.
