Legislative Toolkit Lesson Plans

These lessons provide ready to edit materials about state government, civic participation, and advocacy. At two levels, Low Beginning and the High Beginning/Low Intermediate English Language learning, prepare learners for a day of advocacy for adult education funding and programming at the Minnesota state capitol or to contact their legislators via email, phone, or letter.
