Key Stakeholders.

Customers and Communities

Hydrohouse will deliver affordable and fresh produce to our customers, and ensure that socio-economic, geographical, or health constraints do not hinder access to our product. We will perpetuate and promote sustainability and environmental goals whilst exceeding customer expectations, all whilst adhering to our company policy of transparency and traceability. By opening channels for constructive feedback from our customers, we endeavor to evolve in a way that guarantees customer satisfaction.

We will support the regions and communities in which we operate by respecting citizens and protecting the environment by embracing sustainable practices.

Investors

Hydrohouse commits to generating sustained value for our shareholders and investors who have provided the capital revenue that has permitted us to establish our business. We appreciate those that see value in our ability to grow, innovate and promote social change. We understand that transparency is of critical importance to those that have stakes in our business, and as such we dedicate ourselves to providing transparent, accessible and relevant information to those who have investment holdings in Hydrohouse.

Social Media

Hydrohouse will utilise social media platforms to increase engagement with sustainable agricultural practices and disseminate information. It also provides a useful means to promote our partners and show off the great work they are doing!

Our Partners.

Hydrohouse intends to work alongside local smallholder farms and educational bodies in the agriculture and farming sector to deliver on our claims and initiate discussion regarding sustainable agricultural practices.

Educational Bodies

Smart Hydroponics, established by founder Ronny Tanumihardja, is a leading initiative in Indonesia in creating and selling simplistic Hydroponic kits and systems for personal use. As a nature enthusiast, Mr. Tanumihardja is one of the many informational bodies that we will engage with to provide us and our customers with transparent, valuable, and practical information on hydroponic practices.

Sourcemap is a technological platform, a leading provider of supply chain mapping software that enables companies to trace products to the source – tracking social, financial, and environmental risks every step of the production chain. In partnering with Sourcemap we aim to utilise their extensive knowledge as an educational resource that can provide us with information and advice when mapping, in detail, the supply chain of products from smallholder farm to our consumers.

Smallholder Farms

We will directly partner with smallholder hydroponic farms which will act in an order fulfillment capacity. These farms may fill and pack customer orders in preparation for delivery actioned by Hydrohouse. By partnering directly with smallholder farms we are able to ensure employment opportunities to local citizens, whilst adding value at a business level by aggregating orders via an e-commerce platform that is affordable and accessible. This symbiotic relationship also provides Hydrohouse a means to expand toward more regional and vulnerable communities as we can partner with small-holder farms in these areas. This reduces transportation time and resources whilst increasing the capacity of produce to remain fresh.

The community component of our intermediary will be integral to cultivating a relationship with smallholder farms. We are committed to performing as good partners as we work together, through an ethical and communicative relationship, to achieve our goals.
