Chat Protocols

Teams might use chat tools for their communication.
We recommend storing all chats in files as protocol and linking them in this page.
In this way, all team members are informed on the actual situation in your team.
It might be also suitable to summarize decisions explicitly in an additional table.

The same principle can be used for video meetings to be recorded and stored as protocol.

We have a created a Discord channel to facilitate communication, with roles indicating the institution of each student member.
