Chat Protocols

Every two weeks, we schedule meetings with Team 5, who works within the same area as us, using BigBlueButton. Additionally, we strive to gather as many team members as possible weekly, adjusting to our schedules through Google Meet, to track the project's progress and distribute tasks efficiently. Daily discussions occur within a WhatsApp group, serving as a platform for addressing queries and organizing meetings. Furthermore, we maintain a shared email address for all group members: hydroeurope_2024_team06@googlegroups.com.
