Work Plan

After an initial meeting on the 28/11 we decided to spilt our team into a number of subgroups. It was suggested that these subgroups were formed based on our home universities to aid communication and allow in person working. We will communicate using regular WhatsApp messages to understand each sub team's progress and organise online team meetings to gain an overall update and ensure we are all working towards the same goal.

Tasks:

1) To analyze the hydrometeorological input data

1.1) Frequency analysis of the input data (statistical analysis)

1.2) Collecting auxiliary information

Proposed finish date: 22nd December

2) Using GIS tools to define characteristics of the catchment

      2.1) Using ArcGIS or QGIS

Team: Newcastle

Proposed finish date: 15th December

3) Building a hydrological model of la Tordera catchment

    3.1) Model can be distributed or semi-distributed

    3.2) Model can be built using HEC-HMS or Iber

    3.3) Model needs to be calibrated and validated

4) Obtention and analysis of Climate Change scenarios for different GCM
