Task01: site management (week 18-24 dec)

Task02 (Andrea De Komarowski): A summary of ALEX storm articles (articles on the drive - folder bibliography)

Task03 (Precious Tuazon): Review and summary of existing hydrological and hydraulic models of the study area if any(put articles in bibliography folder)

Task04 (Emmanuel Ah-woane): Review of flood risks prevention plan (Saint-Martin-de-Vesubie municipality)

Task05 (Faina Chiutsi): ALINE storm literature (as a recent event, maybe some technical reports already have been created)

Task06 : Locate the rainfall gauges and the gaging stations on a map (GIS) and produce a map (can be put on the 'welcome page' - maybe AYACHI Mohamed Aymen can do it as he already started the GIS work).

Task07 (Norak Harn ) : GIS - outline the DTM for the hydrological models (Var catchment and Vesubie sub-catchment). The DTM delimitation for the hydraulic models will be done later.
Task07 ( AYACHI Aymen) : GIS - outline the DEM for the hydrological models ' 5m of resolution  (Var catchment and Vesubie sub-catchment). delimitation of sub-watersheds and definition of watercourses

Task08 (N'FAOUI  Asmae): Collect rainfall data for ALEX storm (csv data available on the main website) and make an initial pre-processing (delete unnecessary columns, identify missing value, outlier, produce a bar chart) (get rainfall of the event and also for the week before so that we know if the soil was saturated with water)

Task09 (N'FAOUI  Asmae): Collect rainfall data for ALINE storm and make an initial pre-processing (idem than task08)

Task10: Collect discharge/water depth data for ALEX storm and make an initial pre-processing (idem than task08)

Task11: Collect discharge/water depth data for ALINE storm and make an initial pre-processing (idem than task08)

Task12: Landuse (depends on the work that has already been done)
