if one person did the task already, its preferred to inform in the Whatsapp group to quickly notify the team on the progress on the task so everybody is aware.
For the Hydraulic modelling group (Emmanuel, Faina and Precious), can already use the raingage data with water depth provided by the supervisor. Faina and Precious will use HEC-RAS and the RASMapper after Emmanuel will provide the pre-process DEM for this.
Indicate any task you have done in the website.

HydroEurope Team 2: 2nd meeting with the supervisor
Here is the link that summarizes the 2nd meeting with the supervisor. You'll find answers to the questions raised during our 1st team meeting as well as some orientation to well start the project: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1wftSlA0JoU-6Ei7Y72uXBI68mQxK_WrMGt-jT5upMV0/edit?usp=sharing
Discussion about the project management (Gantt chart review)
First “evaluation” in the middle of December (M. Abily and M. Assaba will look at our website to see our progress, the management…)
Every member should work on the project, even if you spend only 1h a week. The project is mandatory in our program.
Need to upload all the work done in the website (even if it's just a draft – screenshot) to show our progress and so that supervisors see that we work and to keep team member informed of advanced
For the welcome page: it should not be a copy/paste of the main website and figures used must be credited
Site management must be done by a group of 2 people who change every week (typically, if you don't have much time to devote to the project, this is already a good contribution - see the Gantt chart for distribution)
For the project :
The rainfall gauges have been uploaded on the main website (Meteofrance rainfall data are in open access).
For the study area (GIS):
incorporate the location of rainfall gages and gaging stations (hydrometric)
produce a map with all this information
