1.Roles and responsabilities
Each member's tasks and responsibilities should be clearly defined.
Roles should be periodically rotated for a well-rounded experience.
2. Deadlines :
Set deadlines for project milestones and tasks should be adhered to notify the team in advance if a deadline cannot be met.
3. Decision-making :
All team members to contribute opinions before decisions.
