The premises of the Group tasks

1.Roles and responsabilities 

• Each member's tasks and responsibilities should be clearly defined.

• Roles should be periodically rotated for a well-rounded experience.

2. Deadlines : 

• • Set deadlines for project milestones and tasks should be adhered to notify the team in advance if a deadline cannot be met.

3. Decision-making : 

• All team members to contribute opinions before decisions. 

• Document major decisions in meeting minutes

4. Attendance and participation : 

• Attend scheduled meeting
