20/02 : Begigning of the two last weeks 

Meeting higlights : 

• We divided the work for the first week between each member : 

  • Management (website, report, control process, oral presentation) : Romain and Paulien

  • Data processing (DEM, Weather and flow/discharge) : Delphine, Ziad and Abir

  • Models (Mike, HMS, Telemac 2D) : Sam, Manon,Fidèle, Sitrika, Eunyoung, Huanglin

22/12: Meeting with Morgan

Attendees:

Meeting highlights: 

• Morgan Abily recommended we divide tasks into subtasks and assign at least 2 people to each task. Also assign a project manager to ensure progress is made on the project. Also during this meeting he asks us our personal and global avancements.

• So we need to update our last results before the future meeting on the 12th of January

• We need for the 12th of January to create a presentation of two slides about our results and future tasks to complete our hydrological and hydraulic models.

1/12: Meeting with Morgan

• Morgan Abily recommended we divide tasks into subtasks and assign at least 2 people to each task. Also assign a project manager to ensure progress is made on the project. For minutes, list who attended and the highlights, more detailed 

• Talked about the project objectives and subtasks 

• need two hydraulic models 

• complete analysis for Var catchment then do it for the Vesube sub-catchment

Next steps:

• assign a project manager

• further divide work into subtasks and assign 1 or 2 people to each task 

• decide how we do meeting minutes/communication (same person every time or changes?)

• construct a mind map of the objectives, processes we want to develop to reach the objectives 

• double check email list to ensure all members are receiving updates from Morgan
