• Morgan Abily recommended we divide tasks into subtasks and assign at least 2 people to each task. Also assign a project manager to ensure progress is made on the project. For minutes, list who attended and the highlights, more detailed 

• Talked about the project objectives and subtasks 

• need two hydraulic models 

• complete analysis for Var catchment then do it for the Vesube sub-catchment

Next steps:

• assign a project manager

• further divide work into subtasks and assign 1 or 2 people to each task 

• decide how we do meeting minutes/communication (same person every time or changes?)

• construct a mind map of the objectives, processes we want to develop to reach the objectives 

• double check email list to ensure all members are receiving updates from Morgan

• New meeting to discuss the advances of the project before the meeting on Friday with our tutor. We discuss how to collect some  data about the flooding events (Topographical, hydrological and hydraulic data), how we can modelize the events) . We also complete our profiles. First we need to collect the maximum of hydrological and hydraulic data before we divide each tasks within each members of the group.
