We are still working to get the date locked in. Students will be given time throughout the semester in class. Each class day for the science fair will be worth 5 points, the entire project will be equal to the semester final. Students had to have ideas set by today, so they can begin testing. They will have 3 components this year: a poster, a demostration, and a final report. The final report 1st draft is due October 11, this should include all information about the project and any test they have completed. The final draft is due December 11, each student was emailed with requirements for the paper. Work days will not be weekly and students need to use those days or they will not be able to participate in the Science Fair. If they are removed from the Science Fair they will be given an alternative assignment.
