Realizacja projektu HWE4CCN dobiegła końca. W okresie od 2019 r. partnerzy projektu pracowali nad opracowaniem materiałów edukacyjnych, które pomogą profesjonalistom zajmującym się szkoleniem pielęgniarek, rozwijaniem ich wiedzy, umiejętności i kompetencji w zakresie zdrowego środowiska pracy (HWE) w oddziałach intensywnej terapii.

Szkolenie jest dostępne jako platforma e-learningowej online i obejmuje:

• Szkolenie online na temat zdrowego środowiska pracy (HWE) dla pielęgniarek z oddziałów intensywnej terapii (OIT)

• Metody, narzędzia i materiały pomocnicze dla profesjonalistów (trenerów) zaangażowanych w (ustawiczny) rozwój pielęgniarek intensywnej opieki w celu opracowania programów szkolenia w zakresie zdrowego środowiska pracy HWE

• Plany lekcji dotyczących sześciu wymiarów zdrowego środowiska pracy (HWE) w oddziałach intensywnej terapii.

Platforma e-learningowa jest dostępna w sześciu językach (angielskim, chorwackim, greckim, polskim, rumuńskim i hiszpańskim) jako otwarty zasób edukacyjny, dostępny do bezpłatnego użytku i ponownego wykorzystania przez każdą zainteresowaną stronę.

From 12 to 15 November 2019, the five partner organisations of the Improving Working Environments for Critical Care Nurses (HWE4CCN) project met in Nicosia (Cyprus) for their first transnational meeting. During this first meeting, the partner organizations laid the groundwork for the implementation of the project. The working methods were agreed within the partnership and the timetable for the next meetings was established. The partners started working on the content of the course materials.

On February 2021 the testing phase of the training materials has been completed. In order to evaluate how effective the blended training course is in developing the relevant knowledge, skills and competences for creating HWE among CCU nurse staff, a validation was carried out in 4 pilots, involving eight trainers and 32 CCU nursing staff from Cyprus, Croatia, Poland and Spain. Based on the feedback received from the testing phase, the project partners will evaluate and define the necessary improvements to ensure that the online training course delivers the target learning outcomes.
