Our research focuses on understanding how T cells adapt to and are shaped by complex tissue environments, particularly within tumors. We aim to uncover the fundamental mechanisms that reinvigorate T cell function in cancer. By integrating immunology, cell biology, and molecular approaches, we develop innovative strategies to restore T cell resilience and harness their full potential for cancer immunotherapy and beyond.
