Entering Results into RevSport
2023/24 Season
RevolutionSport is an app that permits tracking and recording of competition results. This is the employed app, as directed by Softball ACT. Managers are recommended to be familiar with the app in order to support team result management.
For the junior competition, results are to be forwarded to the Junior Coordinator who will input results on behalf of the teams - results are to be provided no later than 2 pm of game day. Senior teams are to self manage the input of results as outlined below.
All match results will be entered by team officials straight into revsport.
A paper scorecard is provided by the home team. The paper scorecard will be given to the umpire upon request. It will be signed by the umpire to finalise the score.
Each team is to take a photo of the front and back of the scorecard on completion of the game.
Deadlines:
1. The winning team will enter the results and their team’s metrics by:
a. Juniors & Womens: 12pm Tuesday
b. Men’s A & C: 12pm Thursday
c. Men’s B: 12pm Friday
2. After the winning team deadline, the losing team will then need to review the score and either confirm or dispute by:
a. Juniors & Women’s: 12pm Thursday
b. Men’s A & C: 12pm Saturday
c. Men’s B: 12pm Sunday
If either team does not complete this task by the deadlines, they will receive a forfeit.
Entry to RevSport:
Results:
You must be assigned as a team official of the team you wish to enter results for.
1. Log in to the SACT Member Account > https://client.revolutionise.com.au/softballact 2. Click on competitions from the left-hand side menu.
3. Click manage results for your team’s grade.
4. Click on manage results for the specific round.
5. Click on enter next to the game you wish to enter results to.
a. Note: Only the teams you have been assigned to as a team official will be displayed. 6. Enter the final scores under the results entry. (No need to add umpires’ names) a. It is the responsibility of the winning team to enter the game results.
b. The losing team will confirm or dispute the results entered.
Player Lineup and Best & Fairest Votes:
Team officials are to enter these for their own team.
1. Under the Attendance & Metrics heading, select/tick each player from your team that was in attendance.
2. Please add 3, 2 or 1 against the player receiving them in the best & fairest column. a. Note: coaches will award points to the opposite team after games, but the points will need to be entered into revsport by the receiving teams’ official.
Finalising Results:
If the winning team has not entered the results by the deadline, the losing team must contact the gameday manager.
3. The winning team will add the score card file at the bottom.
4. Once all has been completed, click on the save results icon.

In the first instance, you must be assigned as a team official for the team you wish to enter results for.
Log into your SACT member account - https://client.revolutionise.com.au/softballact
Select your team from the list and you will be directed to the View Team page (below).
On the View Team page, click on Competitions (menu on the right-hand side). You will be redirected to the Team Competitions page. Refer below:
On the team competitions page click on the details icon for the round just played - this will redirect you to the Results page. Refer below:
On the Enter Results page, if you are the winning team, enter the score for both teams in the Results Entry section. Select the players who participated in the game and enter the players awarded best and fairest points (enter metrics). Refer below:
