Class Descriptions

Boxing Basics (Adult)- Learn the ABC's of Boxing, including its' language and all associated movement, striking, and defending. Here the student begins their trek toward accomplishing all of the skills related to this "Sweet Science". The workout includes Rope Skipping, Boxing Instruction, Heavy Bag Work, and a Vast amount Cardio (where many burn up to 750 calories an hour). Friendly to all experience levels, men and women.


Youth Class - This Class is for boys and girls ages 7-16 and is non-contact. We have a Merit Based System that rewards students for their knowledge and effort through different shirt colors. Each class emphasizes the importance of manners, self-control, discipline, and fitness while teaching the boxing basics while empowering each student.

Fighting Fit 4 Week Program - This class is for people that are new to boxing or that want a slower start that does not include contact.


Competitive Adult/Youth Classes- These classes are designed specifically for registered USA Boxers to get ready for upcoming competitions.


HIIT Class- High Intensity Interval Training during a 30 minute duration accompanied with 15-20 circuits where the participant accomplishes all with 40 second intervals accompanied by 20 seconds of recovery. These circuits include hand and foot speed, agility, leg work, lower and upper body work, boxing, and core development. This program is designed to increase speed and reaction time by developing fast twitch muscles. No experience in boxing is necessary,


Member Sparring - This Sparring Session is for Registered USA Boxing Hurricane Members only.

Open Gym - This time provides for Hurricane Boxing Members and guests to utilize the gym for their Boxing Workout or HIIT Training.

Drop in Class - $15

Unlimited Membership for a Month (Adult) - $125

Personal Training - $50-75 dollars an hour


The Youth Program is $40 a month for 1X a week

$60 a month for 2X a week

$80 a month for a 3X a week
