Class Descriptions
Boxing Basics (Adult)- Learn the ABC's of Boxing, including moving, striking, and defending. This high intensity workout includes Rope Skipping, Heavy Bag, Mitt, Glove work, and Core. Burn up to 800 calories an hour. All experience levels are welcome.
Youth Class - This class is for boys and girls ages 7-16 and is non-contact. We use a Merit Based System to reward students for their knowledge and effort using T shirt colors to differentiate achievement levels. Manners, self-control, discipline, and fitness are the class core values.

Competitive Adult/Youth Classes- These classes are designed specifically for registered USA Boxers to prepare for upcoming competitions.
Member Sparring - Registered USA Boxing Hurricane Members only.
