Class Descriptions
Boxing Basics (Adult)- Learn the ABC's of Boxing, including moving, striking, and defending. This high intensity workout includes Rope Skipping, Heavy Bag, Mitt, Glove work, and Core. Burn up to 800 calories an hour. For all experience levels.
Youth Class - A non-contact class for boys and girls ages 7-16. We use a Merit Based System to reward students for their knowledge and effort using T shirt colors to differentiate achievement levels. Manners, self-control, discipline, and fitness are the class core values.

Competitive Adult/Youth Classes- Classes designed specifically for registered USA Boxers preparing for competition.
Member Sparring - Registered USA Boxing Hurricane Members only.
Open Gym - Bring your gear and get a Workout. All levels welcome.
