General Appointments

Available appointments are in GREEN. 

Use this form to request a general appointment at a time that fits your schedule, at least 24 hours before the requested meeting time. We will send you an email confirmation when we receive your request. 

If you cannot make your appointment or will be late for any reason, please call the office at 516-463-6612.

The General appointment can be with either the Associate Director of Resident Success, Liliana Hinojos Madrid, or a Student Coordinator.
