I have held various roles in clinical and research fields, gaining diverse experience over the years. Since 2019, I have been part of the Translational Genomics group, providing research and management support. My responsibilities include coordinating laboratory equipment and reagent orders and utilizing electronic tools such as Quartzy and RSpace to ensure accurate cost traceability across multiple ongoing projects. Additionally, since 2022, I have been working as a Research Technician at ARTHEx Biotech, further contributing to innovative research and development efforts.
I began my professional career at INCLIVA during my internship in the Translational Genomics Laboratory. After completing my studies in Pathological Anatomy and Laboratory Techniques, I joined the institute as a Research Technician. I currently work in the same laboratory, where I provide technical and logistical support for various research activities. I collaborate on multiple laboratory procedures and contribute to the smooth daily operation of the lab. I have experience in molecular techniques and in handling living organisms, as well as working with proteins, RNA, and DNA. My role focuses on maintaining an efficient and collaborative laboratory environment that supports the advancement of ongoing research projects.
I hold a degree in Biology and a Master's Degree in Research in Molecular and Cell Biology and Genetics. During my master’s studies, I completed my thesis within the Translational Genomics Group, focusing on advancing proof of concept approaches to treat Myotonic Dystrophy. After completing my studies, I joined INCLIVA as a Research Technician, continuing my work within the same group. I actively contribute to research projects by performing molecular and cellular experiments, as well as in vivo and in vitro assays aimed at advancing oligonucleotide-based therapies for rare diseases. In addition to experimental work, I collaborate closely with other researchers to optimize protocols and ensure the reproducibility and reliability of laboratory results. Through this role, I aim to support translational research that bridges basic molecular studies with preclinical development.
