The Union team train on Wednesday nights from 7.30pm to 9pm at, Beaver Park Norwood, Beverley RUFC, Beverley HU17 9HT 

The Touch team train on Friday nights from 6pm to 7pm at the Hull University sports pitches on Inglemire Lane, Hull.
