2. Hover over RESERVE VISIT on the main menu at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down and click on Appointment Reservation (Non-Member)
You can choose between inputting your ARC information or your passport information. Your birthdate should be written as YYYYMMDD.
4. If you live in a HUFS dorm, choose Sejongno Branch Office for the Supervising Agency.
If you live off campus, your immigration office depends on the area in which you live; ask our office staff if you do not know how to find out.
5. Booth Category
For the Booth Category, check Foreigner Residence Control.
6. Enter a phone number
Input your mobile number to get an text reminder with your appointment information - but it is not required to have a phone number to make an appointment.
7. Choose the date of your reservation.
There can be long waiting times for a reservation, depending on the season (ex: when new students are coming to Korea), so please make sure that you make a reservation for a date that is before your visa expiration date.
8. Attend your appointment.
Arrive at the immigration office at least 10 minutes before your appointment time, as sometimes they call your number early (you will be shown your number after making your reservation— remember it!).
When you are done, you will get an receipt of your reservation. Print this form out and bring it with you to your appointment.
In order to apply for your ARC, you will need to following items. Some of them you already have such as your passport, however, other documents you will need to get from our office.
You can also call Immigration's Support Hotline - 1345 - from any phone in Korea. From outside of Korea, it is +82 1345.
You can pick this document up at the Office of International Admissions and Management when you show us proof that you have reserved an appointment at the Seoul Immigration Office.
If you are staying in one of HUFS' dormitories, you can pick this form up with your Certificate of Current Enrollment.
If you plan to arrange or have arranged your own housing, you will need to bring a your housing contract, and a copy of your landlord's ID to your appointment at the Seoul Immigration Office.

Similar to your passport information page, make sure the photocopy is clear and easy to see. Bring with your passport to your appointment just in case.
This is a standard passport photo that meets international regulatory standards.

The application fee is 30,000 KRW or about 30 USD.
During your appointment, you will also be given a receipt to have your fingerprints scanned.
You will need to re-visit the Immigration Office on that date with your receipt and passport. Since this date is determined for you from your first appointment, there you do not need to make another reservation.
