HEA members are strongly encouraged to become familiar with the contract as it is a legal document.
HEA members who believe the contract is being violated should contact their building representative and or the grievance chairs heagrievance@gmail.com .
The contract is negotiated every three years.
Negotiating team represents the HEA and brings forth proposed changes when it meets with representatives of the Hudson School Committee.
When the two teams reach an agreement, contract must be approved or ratified by the general membership and by the entire school committee.

Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs) are written to capture adjustments to the contract that are agreed to without opening up the entire contract.
