A basic textbook introducing the newly developed Htanaw orthography was completed in December 2024. The primer will be available online as PDF, and a printed version will be distributed in the Htanaw communities in Shan State. The project is supported by the Myanmar Cultures and Languages Support Project, Switzerland (MCL, myanmarsupport.org) and will be published by the Myanmar Center at Chiang Mai University, Thailand in early 2025.
