Overview:
Join us for an exciting field hockey clinic designed for kindergarten through 2nd graders eager to learn the fundamental skills of the game while having a blast! Participants will develop essential skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork, all in a fun and supportive environment. We warmly welcome volunteer coaches to assist with this age group—please indicate your interest during registration.
Schedule:
The clinic will run weekly throughout September and October, featuring 1-hour practice sessions twice a week—typically on Sunday mornings and one weeknight. Games may be played against other teams in the Itty Bitty division of the South Jersey Youth Field Hockey league. Final practice times will be communicated from the coach by mid-August.
Cost: Fee for this program is $125. A late fee of $15 applied after July 1st.
Required equipment:
Field hockey stick* (free sticks available to borrow if needed)
Shin guards
Mouth guard
Sneakers, turf shoes, or cleats (all games are on turf fields so cleats are not required)
