It highlights the human tendency to underestimate the time required for future tasks, a cognitive bias that many of us have experienced in our daily lives. In our group, each student has shared their own unique story, shedding light on how this bias manifests in various contexts. By sharing our own experiences and examining the time-saving bias, we hope to gain a deeper understanding of this cognitive quirk and develop strategies to mitigate its impact on our lives.
