HSLACON 2019 The second national conference was organized on Sunday, 9th June 2019 at the Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Medical College, Rajkot, Gujarat. The theme of HSLACON 2019 is "Emerging Trends and Technologies in Library and Information Science".
