范秀芳老師實驗室
本實驗室致力於開發單分子&單細胞偵測平台。透過實驗室這幾年來所累積的單分子實驗之相關經驗，本實驗室的目標是設計相對應的系統去探討這些作用蛋白質間的動態交互作用。透過設計、構建適合的DNA受質及螢光修飾，利用單分子偵測技術(包含:螢光能量共振轉移、蛋白質誘導螢光增強及降解酶誘導螢光猝滅)，期望能獲得足夠清楚的資訊以便能解釋DNA修復過程並推導對應反應機制。這不僅可幫助我們對細胞DNA保護機制的理解，也對未來研究相關蛋白質反應特性提供另一種可採用的偵測方式。此外，本實驗室也致力於開發單細胞檢測並致力於研究神經退化性疾病與各種空汙源之關聯性及病理機制的探討 。
