Welcome To Your New School

Congratulations! You have been selected from over 2,000 applicants as a member of the High School of Economics & Finance Class of 2024.

I understand that this is a very unique time for all of us and I want to assure you that we are here for you to make the transition to high school a smooth and easy one. However, due to the building closure because of COVID-19, we are unable to hold a special orientation for our incoming class this June. However, if we do return to the school building for September, we will host a special orientation for the incoming class in late August or early September. In the meantime, I ask that you view this dedicated micro-site website to learn about all the incredible opportunities our school has been providing to thousands of NYC teenagers over the past 27 years. including Resources, Jupiter Ed tutorial video, and Summer Reading Assignments. Should any questions arise throughout the summer please use the Ask a Question feature.

Our school is located at 100 Trinity Place in Manhattan Financial District, between Cedar and Thames Streets, just steps from Wall Street. We are accessible to all public transportation to downtown Manhattan. The closest subway stops are Wall Street (#4 and #5 trains) and Cortlandt Street (R, W, and 1 trains.). We are all excited to get back to our school building if and when the NYC restrictions are lifted.
