As a Latvian I love how Lithuanian sounds. It is practically impossible for me to understand spoken Lithuanian, but I can understand separate words and simple sentences especially in written form. Itβs so fun to pronounce Lithuanian being Latvian, itβs some kind of magic! I only wish that weβd have more exchange programmes between our countries.
I respect my fellow Lithuanian brothers and sisters that they have conserved their language so well. Weβll only be strong if we hold on together and no external force will ever tear us and our languages apart.Β
