This program calculates a set of accessible Q-E ranges for a powder sample using the multi-Ei method.
In neutron inelastic scattering measurements at HRC, one can simultaneously measure multiple Q-E regions with different incident energies (Ei) using so called "multi-Ei method". This program helps you to simulate accessible Q-E ranges with a chopper condition.

HRC has two options for Fermi chopper; one is for high-intensity and the other is for high-resolution measurements. Energy resolution and incident flux depend on the choice of Fermi choppers and its rotation frequency. This program allow you to compare energy resolutions and intensities of two different chopper conditions.
When measuring a single crystal sample at HRC, we determine orientation of the crystal using neutron Laue diffraction with a white neutron beam. This program provides a simulated Laue diffraction pattern on the detector banks of HRC.
