【概要】

　開催日：2026 年 11 月 23 日（月・祝） ※雨天決行・荒天中止

　受付場所：アリスガーデン（メイン会場）内受付ブース

　受付時間：11:00～12:30

　集合時間：12:30（事前の整列不可）

　出発時間：13:00

　帰着予定：14:00 頃

【お願い事項】

・荒天等によりやむを得ず中止する場合、当日公式ホームページやSNS等でお知らせしますので、ご確認ください。

【概要】

●応募資格：

　・SOGI（性のあり方）、国籍、居住地等不問。

　・18歳以上である事、但し高校生不可 。

　・業務の内容上、日本語によるコミュニケーションが取れることが望ましい（要相談）

　・ひろしまプライドパレードの活動趣旨に賛同して頂ける事

　・パレード前及び当日含め、連絡事項などのコミュニケーションが円滑に取れる事 

●募集人数：30名（英語・中国語ができる方歓迎）

●公募期間：2026年8月8日～9月30日（但し、募集人数に達した時点で募集終了）

●日程（当日スタッフ）：2026（令和8）年11月23日（月・祝）10:00~17:00（※若干の変動有）

●場所：

パレード：アリスガーデン（パレード・メイン会場)

交流会：エソール広島・おりづるタワー10階（交流会・メイン会場）

●業務内容：

パレード：会場準備、来場者対応、パレード進行補助、撤収作業等

We are looking for volunteers to help with the Hiroshima Pride Parade on Monday, November 23 (a national holiday)!

Volunteer Application

Please apply using the volunteer application form (URL).

Before applying, please be sure to read the following information and requirements for volunteers.

【Overview】

Eligibility:

- Open to everyone regardless of SOGI (sexual orientation and gender identity), nationality, place of residence, or other background.

- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. High school students are not eligible to apply.

- Due to the volunteer work, the ability to communicate in Japanese is preferred. Please contact us if you have any concerns regarding the language requirement.

- Applicants must support the mission and purpose of the Hiroshima Pride Parade.

- Applicants must be able to communicate reliably regarding important information and coordination, including both before and on the day of the event.

Number of Volunteers Needed:

- 30 volunteers (English and/or Chinese speakers are especially welcome)

Application Period:

- August 8 – September 30, 2026 (Applications will close once all volunteer have been filled)

Date and Time (Event-Day Volunteers):

- Monday, November 23, 2026 (National Holiday)

- 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Times are subject to slight change)

Locations:

-Alice Garden (Main Parade Venue) and ESSOR Hiroshima, 10th Floor, HIROSHIMA ORIZURU TOWER (Main Social Gathering Venue) 

Volunteer Duties:

- Parade: Venue setup, assisting visitors, supporting parade operations, cleanup, and other related tasks.

- Community Gathering: Venue setup, assisting visitors, supporting the operation of the community gathering, cleanup, and other related tasks.

Information session for volunteer participants:

- A volunteer orientation session will be held prior to the event. It is expected to take place somewhere in Hiroshima City. The date, time, and location will be announced at a later date.
