All of us only get one body, and the investment in strength training is the most efficient form of exercise to improve fitness, longevity, happiness, and overall quality of life in just one-to-three hours a week.
We get to know you as a person before we get to know you as a client through our Comprehensive Movement Assessment. We customize training programs around your job, school, sports, hobbies, goals, medical and injury history. We also gather physical information on your posture, movement competency, movement screen, balance, and active to passive range of motion.
We will collaborate with your healthcare professionals, such as physical & occupational therapists, to ensure we provide you appropriate, comprehensive, and cohesive training.
We continue to refine your program every four weeks in order to progress and train various components of fitness, change exercise selection, increase position variability, address new or old injuries, new hobbies, goals, and more. These changes also help maintain mental engagement to maximize focus and results.
We believe strength training should be fun and something to look forward to. We pride ourselves on our educated and experienced staff, our professionalism, and our community-centered culture. We create a safe mental and physical space for all, encourage everyone to be their true self, and foster a community that empowers themselves and each other because we believe that a positive environment breeds success.
