Distribution and Environment:

Resides in the tropical jungles alongside the equator, usually in a burrow. Otherwise they roam around wandering as generalist hunters.

Description:

They are some of the largest carnivores on Hoxia, and primarily rely on ambush and brute force to subdue prey. Dimorphism occurs, with mating rituals no longer as demanding due to the fact that any chance at continuing the species in such a harsh environment is considered viable.

They are able to climb rees, but rarely do so. Often times they spend their days tending to the web barriers outside their burrows and territory. They are mostly nocturnal, but can also exhibit daytime activity.

They are often targeted by the Death Sprinter to host their egg / larvae, and they often fall victim to their parasitization.
