To How to Love North Dakota (When You Hate North Dakota) Listeners: 

"Thanks for listening in.  I love when I get to talk to someone about the toughness of North Dakota and land on the redeeming qualities.  There's a great peace to sharing the humor, the dark spots, and the ways we get out of the slump.  I made the podcast when a college professor assigned a one-off episode challenge. I ended up getting a lot out of it, from editing to speaking to examining the things we North Dakotans go through and the ways we end up getting through Midwest life.  It's been a pleasure, and it did something sweet to my soul talking with people about this subject.  Thanks for listening and, more importantly, thanks for talking with me about it.  I published the podcast not long after I did that college assignment, and I kept making more. The material was presenting itself left and right. When I got an idea, I wrote it out in a page or so.  I did not waste much time on editing written drafts or rerecording things.  I thoroughly enjoyed editing the sound and adding music. I was learning to use Adobe at the time.  Although I wrapped the show about a year ago, I get regular listens and the occasional conversation about the show with someone in passing.  Another project has taken my attention for the last two years.  I am happy to devote my time to something new, but this pet project is always in the back of my mind.  Thank you for listening." - Host Adrienne Montonye
